MADDEN

My role at Electronic Arts was as a Quality Analyst on the UI / UX team, helping ensure the quality of the user interface and user experience for Madden 21 and 22.

​

Outside of standard Quality Analyst responsibilities, I had predominantly been handling the build review process for the UI team. Participating in the reviews, offering suggestions based off of my experience with UI, and calling out bugs as we see them. I then would work with the offshore QA team to get action items for the notes.

​

This was a very interesting role to work with, as I started early February 2020, and by March, was working remotely for my very first AAA role.

​

This experience has really changed parts of communication I value, and structures that I think are imperative for a productive team environment. The biggest element of this is reviewing my personal successes and setbacks within this role, and setting, and looking at what could be better.
